Visiting Melbourne from Canberra and stumbled upon this store, thought it was such a vibe and had some records from artists I was really keen to buy. My friend was wearing a Beatles shirt and found a Beatles record, so I took a photo of her holding it, when the staff member on had a go at me saying “no photos if you’re not going to buy anything.” We had been in the store for approximately one minute, had been planning to buy some records, but was so turned off by the bad customer service.

Good but pricey... Need a bargain bin

Really disappointed about my order... I bought a vinyl record from UK through Discogs. Both sleeve and vinyl were supposed to be in MINT condition. I received it with several bends on the cover, probably due to poor packaging. Bad communication with the staff, they replied and accepted my payment after long time. NEVER AGAIN!
