Funky Moose Records

Great experience ordering from Funky Moose. It was a hard to find album and they found it for me. I live in Kitchener Ontario and they kept me up to date on the order status. Even sent me a personalized video message saying that they have to order the record first before they send it. Now that's customer service!!!!! I will definitely order from them again!!!!

This is a warning not to buy from funky moose records online. They have great customer service and their selection and pricing is decent but getting your order is beyond painful. I made my first order with them on June 28th and my order finally shipped yesterday and is expected to arrive on July 20th.In today’s day an age of same day and next day shipping waiting almost a month to receive an order is unacceptable; especially when it’s within your country and there are no excuses like getting held up in customs at the border. Since I placed that order I’ve made over a dozen other orders from other Canadian shops, Germany and France and each and every one of those orders has already arrived with an average turn around time of 5 days. I’m putting this out there because I wish I knew how terrible their turn around time was before hand. In fact I ordered from them twice more and I wish I hadn’t. At this point I’ll be happy if I get my orders before 2024.I would suggest looking at The Sound Choice based near Ottawa. I placed an order on Friday July 14th at 10PM and it’s arriving tomorrow. I had similar service from LegendRecords also near Ottawa, SonicBoom in Toronto and Audiopile in Vancouver. In all of these cases I placed my orders weeks after Funky Moose and none of them took longer then 5 days compared Funky Moose where more than 3 weeks have already passed since I ordered from them.

Great customer service (awesome to have frequent updates on my order status) quick shipping, and all my records were packaged well!

I've placed two orders, and one was a gift. The selection and the quality of the products has been fantastic, and when an order is going to take longer than expected, there is good communication. Much appreciated.
