Golden Discs

I always love going to Golden Discs. Always my go-to shop when I'm in whitewater. The staff are so helpful and friendly.

Went RSD title hunting. Really poor selection. Presumably just the leftovers. Expected more tbh.

It's nice as an old school vinyl buyer to have a shop to go into and flick through what's on offer rather than going online. They have a good not great selection to choose from. Mostly what's popular at the moment with a few old classics in the mix. My biggest problem and why they only get 3 stars from me is there price's. When you compare Golden discs to online pricing there is a huge disparity. They are quite expensive in comparison. They have a 2 for 40 euros section but what's on offer is very poor. If you like Doris Day or obscure blues and jazz then you won't be disappointed. Despite a large selection of vinyl dvd CD and blu ray on offer there price's are just to high. When shopping there I always find myself checking online if I can find an item cheaper and to be honest I always do. Pity because as I said earlier it's great to have a physical shop to go into but they will not remain open to long with there expensive offering.

Would give an extra star but Mark Hanaway has been on holiday for the last 4 years and hasn't returned to work, hey what's de Story witchee as he'd say walking in, upon his return I shall give 1 extra starTHANKS BYEEEEE

Not too bad, good selection of vinyl and a small sale section of vinyl, I picked up Paul Weller - Illumination LP for €28, a pretty good deal.
