Popped in to buy a few records on a rainy day at 5pm , was ushered out , they had to close shops early.....1 and 10 mins hr, or 10 mins early I'm still not sure, cos they have to mop floor 🤠 #customerlove

I placed an online order on the 4th of November and over three weeks later still no sign of it arriving. They took the payment the day after out of my bank but still not even an email to say where my items are.Furthermore, I checked online and it said I could go in store to chat with staff, and so I went into my local Golden Disc store in City Square in Waterford only to be told they don't have access to the system used online and that I need to use a chat online, which I dont see available, or email them. I was also advised that most online shopping customer service is this way. I found the store staff member no very polite in the way he said this, and I totally disagree, as I can name a number of stores, that if you order online with them and there is an issue, they will try help the customer in the store, lifestyle sports been one of those stores.My advice to anyone looking to use this store online is to stay clear of it, and maybe consider using a different business for purchases of such items found in these stores seen the attitude of the staff in these store to me is totally unacceptable for me to consider spending my hard earned money in the store again.

Extremely nice and engaging staff, able to keep a conversation with anyone. Excellent customer service in stores.A great store with an amazing selection of music on CDs or vinyls and movies.
