Horrible Mac service department trying to nickel and dime you. The place is unfinished and falling apart. Dishonest sales pitches. Stay away.

Terrible service in the support areaWhen you take some equipment to be told why it is failing, they charge you a lot just for a simple diagnosis that apparently takes more than a week when it could be done on the spot. When you make the decision to access the diagnosis, they ask for your email to send you information about your equipment and when you could pick it up.I took my AirPods because of a fault they had and they charged me 500 pesos for a simple diagnosis, and in the mail they gave me an estimated date of when I could pick them up, however they never informed me when I could pick them up, so I decided go one day so that they better give it to me at onceAbout 7 hours after I left the square, they sent me the email informing me that I could pick up my equipment... when I had already picked it up hours before

I recommend you go elsewhere. If you want a diagnosis, they'll charge you $500, even just to say "they're hopeless." This diagnosis will take more than 2 weeks in which you will not hear, much less tell you that you can pick them up. Once you pick up your device and walk away, you'll finally get the notification that you can go get it.If I could put 0 stars I would, $500 wasted.
