Great service and communication from the Norm team, as always. One of the others items was a pre-order, they held the other items in reserve until the whole other could be fulfilled - a nice touch. They also offered to split the order up if I didn't want to wait.Packaging is totally solid, and they'll remove vinyls from inner sleeves on request to reduce the risk of cut sleeves.

Great shop. I ordered online and my original order arrived swiftly and in great condition. I then a few months later that one of the records I'd bought had a manufacturing fault. I emailed them and they sent a shipping label and arranged a new copy to be sent within hours of me flagging it. Can see these guys love what they do and can honestly say their customer service approach is 100% fab. I couldn't recommend more highly.
