Excellent shop! Love the variety and love that's clearly been poured into this place. Such fun nostalgia. Feels very playful.

What a great shop! One of the key spots that gives Portland its character. The management is extremely cool and brings all the best stuff into the place. Vinyl, sounds systems, old video games, hip decorations and shirts, and much more on offer.Everytime I walk in, they're always playing something amazing I don't know on the record player. There's a great retro arcade cabinet and tons of cool stuff everywhere. You owe it to yourself to drop in!

They had a nice collection of cassettes at(in my honest opinion) a fair price. Be mindful that the cassettes sold here aren’t boring and mundane classical music or dime a dozen country tapes. They sell metal and hip hop and classic rock cassettes for $3-25 which on discogs is a very fair price. I bought an Eazy-E cassette for $16 which I was excited to see. All cassettes appeared to be in superb physical condition. Worth to check out and don’t be afraid to ask questions because for instance they actually sell 8Tracks

A good place to check out some records and old games. There's an amount of humor to how they categorize their vinyl, which may make it a little hard if you are looking for anything specific, but let's be honest, look through everything. Friendly, lo-fi store.

I got some history with this place!I remember when I was a kid I first saw EB at a flea market. I bought some games and to this day I still own and occasionally play the particular ones I purchased.Years later I was in late high school and came across their city location. I was blown away by how cool the store looked! We had a fun interaction too as I was able to identify some Pokémon from cardboard cutouts the owner recently acquired.I went back a couple times recently too as I bought an interesting game from them that ended up not working well. But he was able to help me figure something out in the end.Thank you so much Mike (I think that's the owner's name) for always being there throughout the years! EB has always a nice place to visit whenever I've been able to. I wish you the best man!
