I had a terrible experience coming to this place as of recently, I thought it may have just been a stressful season for the workers but I was treated with blatant disrespect by a young man on multiple occasions, have felt uneducated and uncomfortable to ask questions about some of the cds I was searching for due to the fact he seemed highly uninterested in me. It’s a shame to see a place that was one of my go to stores in the mall as of 2 years fall out of place within the past few months..Lost a customer man.😡

Second time in this week. Both times no greeting from the workers. Even though I was browsing for quite some time. Bad service. Bought a record & poster but absolutely no offers from staff to help in anyway or even say hi…when I was ready to pay I had to call “hello?” To the girl because she left the store & desk unattended to go to the back & I was waiting. I let her know this was my second time in this week with this experience.

Discrimination at its finest! Every others store in the mall excepts masks exemptions but this place.Don't support those who comply with tyranny!As for your response, not true at all and your employee was extremely rude about it.Stop discriminating and stand up for the rights of Canadians. Will never support this business.

During Covid...the workers were HORRENDOUS....Once no masks, one of the guys was super chill and helpful.
