They stand behind the goods they sell. Great place to buy Cell phones and tablets. Used power tools are abundant. Also some jewelry. I have also got good deals on camera lenses. I drop in from time to time for bargins.

Great experience with this shop! They have an amazing selection of high quality and hard to find pressings of vinyl records of various genres. Pricing is fair with many items open to offers. Ordered twice so far and both orders shipped same day. Also, the packaging from my experience has been top notch. LPs shipped in a sturdy mailer within a larger box for extra protection. Great place to check out for collectors

I stopped in here real quick to see if they had any vinyl records and I was not disappointed. They have the best record selection of any pawn shop I have been to across Canada. If you are into vinyl do yourself a favor and stop in here.

Never buy a phone from here. Bought 2 Samsung a10e. Both screen ls broke in my pocket on the way to work in my car.. won't honor 30 day warranty as apparently they know it was physical damage even tho it wasn't. Kinda weird how both phones did the same thing. You would be better off going elsewhere to buy a phone. Worst salesmanship I've ever experienced

Not friendly at all, and make excuses for everything. Try and bring in an item and get told they will only take the item before 5pm to come back another day before 5pm because the tech guy is off at 6. Some people work for a living and cannot come back before 6, when I said “I work and cannot come back before 5pm any day” they shut their shoulders as if to say “not my problem” … I was there 20 minutes before tech guy was going to leave for something that I know would have taken less than 10 minutes TOPS. Guess the tech guy would rather spend his last 20 minutes relaxing than doing his job helping a customer. If I go to Tim Hortons let’s say, 20 minutes to close are they going to say “sorry we can’t help you. We close in 20 minutes” no, they are going to serve me because that’s their job.People weren’t very nice about the situation either. I will never be back and I will never recommend ANYONE come here, this is the first time I’ve been there in over 3 years and it was just like every other experience… horrible. Be kinder to your customers and if you don’t want to take an item just straight out say it, don’t throw someone around the loop.
