Love this place! They have a great variety of music and the staff are friendly, too. When I was younger, I had this movie soundtrack CD that I loved so much but lost it. I couldn't find it anywhere else for years. Then I found 1 copy on Amazon for $20 and was contemplating on buying it but before I did, I told my brother about it and he called The Beat Goes On and asked if they had it in stock. They sure did! They put it on hold for us to pick it up the next day. When we went there, the staff explained to us that the CD was used but in good condition. They clean and make sure the CDs work before selling them. Bonus, the soundtrack was only $2.99! This place is awesome, totally recommend checking it out if you're looking for hard to find CDs.

Emily (the manager) was helpful in explaining how the process worked for bringing in dvds/vinyl/cds/games for trade in. She was patient and engaging throughout the 20 or so minutes it took. Even though they were busy she went out of her way to find some time to trade in 20 or so TV shows I brought in.

Excellent service provided by Emily and the other staff member. I wasn't able to get CD's of quite many old Hits of 70's & 80's which I hav been looking for. I mentioned names of quite a few Albums Groups and Songs, none were available however, I got something which I liked and they hav also ordered for me a couple. Emily was very helpful, kind and patient. Kudos! for your excellent service guys.Keep it up!
