This was my second time coming to the Guitar Gallery. My son started guitar lessons at his school and we first came here for a string replacement on his toy First Act guitar. They were great. Installed it in minutes and tuned it as well. I am not musically inclined at all so this was really nice of them. We checked out their selection and asked about what kind of acoustic guitar they’d recommend for my son. They showed us a Fender that to me seemed fairly priced.Two weeks later, I decided it was time to go ahead and get the real guitar because my son seems to love it. We went and Connor helped us (he helped us the first time also). He was great. Let my son try out the same guitar with nylon strings and metal strings. Tuned it all up and got us the bag it came in. Scott was helping us too and was treating my son so nicely, like an actual human instead of a baby. It was fun to watch him conversation with my son and even show him a few things.We are now forever customers of theirs and will recommend to anyone in need of a guitar or service. Thank you Connor and Scott for the excellent service.

Luthier Jeff is an amazing person. He went above and beyond with some warranty work on a Taylor then customized a pickup install on another Taylor. I felt special and like he so wanted me to be happy. Kudos to Jeff, Dan and the guys for being my go to shop. BTW it's a 2 1/2 drive one way and absolutely worth the trip. Thanks! JimJeff, the beveling of the necks is spot on. I've got a couple more guitars I'd like you to smooth out for me!

Been doing business with these folks for years, they are in my opinion the absolute best. You see I'm not really a musician but they treat me like I'm SRV. Honest, great prices and the SERVICE IS LIKE NO OTHER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Don't buy a guitar, or vinyl records, without stopping here first. EVERY time I visit these folks I am glad I did. We have all seen Ebay and Reverb lock down market values (not in the consumers' favor) in recent years. Here, sadly, is no different in regards to price. However, since we are all getting less and paying more EVERYWHERE, we may as well buy locally. Compared to other local stores and big box brands this little franchise is a shining star! Good prices, GREAT variety and they will be flexible when they can. They even do consignment if you want to sell at market instead of wholesale. Check them out, thank me later.
