I have spend hundreds of dollars in this store. I had them to print twenty htv prints. The employee verified that the prints was correct. Once I picked them up they were printed incorrectly and they would not even make me aware but instead print them any way. I didnt ask for my money back but could they print the prints again the right way. They would not even do that. Now i have just waste over two hundred dollars. Horrible customer service, I rather drive miles away, Then shop there again. FYI: Customer service goes a long way!
