Reply to owner: You are welcome. Zia Eastern has really turned it around for me in terms of enjoying my shopping experience at Zia. Staff are great and don't seemed bothered to talk to you. Trading in items is a breeze and ordering items you are looking for is a simple process and staff will make sure the product is a other locations before letting you know of it's availability. I do love shopping at both locations but i think Eastern is now my favorite. Plus, the new location is awesome and super easy to get to from my house!

This was my favorite Zia location in town. I frequently went into this location at least 3-4 days a week. Today I came across the most rude employee at the trade center. She talked over me and interrupted every thing I had to say. She also tried to ban me from going in an selling records cause I decided not to sell the records with them. Some advice if your selling records, they can “ban” you from selling records just because they don’t like you for no reason at all. Or at least the young girl thought she held that kind of power lol she wasn’t even a manager. This place is immature just like that employee.

I felt like I walked into a time warp but in an absolutely wonderful way. Not only are there MANY records to flip through, there's a great selection of cds, kitschy knick knacks, giftie type things for your family and friends who are fans of the 90s. There's a decent book rack in the back with gently used books. If you want to step away from the hustle and bustle of the city, step in this store. You'll have a blast shopping!

These people are absolutely amazing especially Stephanie allways so kind and caring and wear the cutest tops .yes zia has that as well but definitely a absolutely great place for the culture any and everything you need they treat everyone with the upmost respect and very kind and do all they can to help satisfy your need rather your buying selling or trading you want be disappointed.
