Magnolia Thunderpussy

I came into the store in April 2022 to purchase a double vinyl record. Upon getting home (I live 2 hours away), I realized that the record had two C/D sides instead of an A/B & a C/D (a publishing company issue, not their fault). I informed the store and they worked with me to send over a shipping label so they could get the original back and send me a new, accurate record.Since this edition was now on back-order, they apologized and offered me a refund. Instead, I said I'd wait for a new one to come in, and they offered to ship it to me (free of charge!) when it did.Everyone at the store is very friendly and extremely flexible in order to get your items right! I highly recommend this store for not only its great selection, but wonderful staff & customer service.

Long time record shop near OSU campus. Great selection of new and used vinyl records and CDs. Friendly staff.

Awesome record store with a little bit of something for everyone. The front consists of CDs and some audio equipment, as well as a peppering of various items on glass display cases. Everything is categorized by genre and alphabetized by artist/group.The store does smell slightly of incense, but not overwhelming. Customer service was great. The staff was willing to assist and answer any questions you might have.

Great place, very good selection. The prices were fair and the staff was nice, and well organized. I would recommend this store, only negative is that the aisles are rather tight.

I would not recommend going here if you’re a femme presenting person who likes metal unless you’re in the mood to get quizzed on if you “really” listen to that genre by the staff. Thought they were friendly at first and their selection was good, but that REALLY soured the experience.
