I could write a book about this place... but to keep short and sweet, I've been going here for over 20 years... I love this hole in the wall record shop! Best place for band tees!

Everytime I have the oportunity to visit Portland, I have to visit this store. Great selection. Always find something to bring home. Here was the first time I heard The Nomads. Great sound. Also great tshirts for sale. Staff are cool. They just let you dig.

A real record shop. Enjoyed flipping through the vinyl. My only complaint is the aisles are a lil narrow otherwise it's definitely worth checking out.

Great, quirky Portland record store. Well worth a visit and right downtown, too. Huge array of stock with most items reasonably priced. (But some vintage jazz, spoken-word, and soundtrack vinyl albums are on the very high side of pricey, though.) Substantial classical music section with decent opera and art song stocks and containing a good number of rareties in very fine condition and a real steal at just $3.00 per album(!) Go and Dig! But, on my most recent visit, the bulk of those classical disks on offer were ex-Portland Public Library circulating stock in marginal condition at best so buyer beware! But go and visit Already this fine shop with a real Portland vibe. And for hipsters of all ages, there's also a ton of band merch and t-shirts on offer! Be cooler here.

Cool downtown record store. Great t-shirt selection. Great mix from the most extreme punk metal to underground hip-hop, from eclectic jazz to country. The store can get crowded. Street parking. The employees never talk much. Fun place to browse. Slightly pricy. New and used vinyls.
