I have been a loyal patron of the Book Exchange for several years. Although I started at the Lynnhaven store and their selection is fair (mostly history for me) and their staff is pleasant, the Wards Corner location rocks! The selection is better and their staff is phenomenal! Great brand, great concept, great company!!!

The shelves are so clean and organized you forget you're in a second hand bookstore. It's great! I had a family member visiting and she loved walking around the store and left with a few good finds. The staff were also very kind. We had a great experience and I will definitely be back!

Love this store. So happy they open more stores around Hampton roads. They also have comics, CDs, DVDs , and records.

Quiet, well organized shop. I found classics and some current best sellers and the exchange/trade policy is very customer friendly. They also sell vinyls, dvds and comics

I love this store. You can trade in books and get store credit to buy more books, what is better than that!?! The staff is always so nice and you can find some greats books. They also do a charity sale at the end of the month where you can get a bag full of books for $7. It’s awesome, such great deals.
