Hum is one of my favourite record stores! The management and team have always gone above and beyond to help me track down some lovely rarities.Great customer service (Even when I’ve been super annoying).Thank you so much!

A very cool record shop with a huge range of CDs, Records and DVDs. My boyfriend and I went to see Cub Sport to a small gig of 2 songs and signings. Perfect setting for this and the staff were very friendly.

Great store for unique DVDs (plus criterion!) and pretty good prices for new vinyls, with a small but solid selection of them. But went in there the other day asking if they had in stock one new record I was looking for and one of the workers behind the counter was surprisingly condescending and ignorant. I didn't respond to him similarly yet he was persistently stand-offish in response. The other, younger worker there was nice and understanding, and searched up results for me. Quite souring for what is otherwise a solid shop. And likewise no greeting or offering help from staff upon entering.

Was a go to of mine, but a recent experience soured me. Ordered an $80 vinyl, got a text when it came in and the same bloke who told me it was $80 charged me $130. I paid it, not thinking much about it at the time. I later realised I was likely just ripped off. There was nothing special about it, it was just a regular old original copy. Nothing constituted the price they gauged off me.I’ve since seen that exact same vinyl in other shops for $70/$80 bucks. Maybe I’m missing something, but it left a sour taste in my mouth. I’m much more inclined to visit other stores now instead of this one.
