Hands down the coolest place, with lots of books! The price was outstanding! I mainly read YA and they had a good section. 6$ for 6 books! YOU WONT FIND THAT ANYWHERE ELSE!!! the guy was super friendly too. If I could give this place a 10 star I would. Definitely will be back.

I think I have been to every store in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge area that sells brand new records, and Millpond is without question the best. An amazing selection of new records that can be ordered online and picked up in store within a few days, and they are always in amazing condition because you don't need to worry about other customers damaging them while browsing around in store. I don't buy a lot of used records, but what I have browsed seems accurately rated and priced fairly.

Ordered my vinyl online, had my order ready and waiting. Vintage vinyl was in better shape than I even expected. Nice people, a unique store I could browse for hours (and will whenever this pandemic ends). Two thumbs up!

Was fantastic news that a new family has taken over the store last month, they're super nice people. Great that they still have some old Springsteen vinyl, and are selling Hillside tickets, too. Update: Have since bought good quality used Beatles and Stones vinyl here, and they’ve ordered in some new releases for my kid. Super friendly folks, very laid back. The way record stores are supposed to be. Worth the trip to Hespeler.

Under new ownership, and they're doing their best. I only really go in for the records, selection is okay, but I it may just be that this small, local shop doesn't have the customer base to carry a wider selection. They also sell used records, if they played, machine cleaned and fairly graded each used record as Ric from Ric's Recollections in Port Credit does, this rating would have earned it's fifth star. Great, quaint little shop overall, with nice improvements (opened up a back section for books) after taking over ownership. Recommend checking this one out.
