Resolute Records

I ordered a record online for my partner as an early birthday gift. When looking online, I found they had a really large selection of vinyl - especially ones that you don’t see everyday.The item was ready for pickup within an hour and I received an email about the pick up times and locations. I’m not sure if I’ve received an email that my item was ready for pick up so fast.My partner went to pick up the record as it was not a surprise. Resolute Records isn’t a traditional record store where you go in and flip around - instead it’s just online based and what you see online is all that you had. My partner came home raving about how kind the owner was and how he had such a cool collection of records.I haven’t ordered anything else yet - but I’ve been checking weekly for new releases since to see if anything would be a good add to our collection! I would definitely recommend.

I've ordered new vinyl from Resolute a few times now. Always sent quickly and packaged very well. I also find that their website is one of the best out there for vinyl searches. Next time I am going to downtown Toronto I will make every effort to visit the store. Looking forward to browsing through the racks, just like in the good old days :-).

This record store has outstanding customer service (the owner helped me through a shipping address issue very promptly) and a great website that is easy to use. There is always an interesting variety of records in stock and the shipping is fast, secure, and the records arrive well protected without rediculously excessive packaging, just the right amount. Have shopped twice with them and will again!

I'm extremely impressed with this record store. I haven't had the opportunity to visit the store in person, just online purchases. Their prices seem to lower then most stores, website is amazing, and the shipping is very fast. The packaging is very secure so you don't have to worry about your covers or record being damaged. Kudos , well deserved.
