I called Dead Dog Records and spoke with Sam on the phone - let me say, she is as lovely in person as she is on the phone!! I asked if they had a record player that I had a 45 I needed to record the melody into my phone … she was more than happy to oblige. I also met Hailey while I was there - they offer up warm smiles and great customer service!! What a cool place to stroll down memory lane - some of those vinyls are epic and I couldn’t help but snap some pics and hang out with them for a bit. They have CD’s, cassettes, gift packs, T-Shirts and music bags - I’ll be back!! Sam, thank you for your assistance and making my visit most memorable and enjoyable!! ✨🎼✨🎼✨🎼✨🎼✨🎼✨🎼✨

They have a really big selection of various records and different items. Different t-shirts and lots of different stuff inside the shop. I took some photos for reference. Really well organized and different sales depending on what you're looking for. Recommended if you have some time in the neighbourhood!

Dead Dog's website is my favorite way of buying records online. They get pretty much all of the new releases and their system for preordering is very good.I purchased a big vinyl box set from them that had a production error in it. I emailed them and they were able to get an exchange through the distributer. The staff were very thorough and ensured that the new set was error free before letting me take it. During the whole process, that did take some time, they were very understanding and totally willing to work out a compromise, if the distributer would not come through. Top notch stuff out of any kind of retail return experience that I've had.The Church St. location is the one where I pick up my orders. The process is quick and effortless and the staff are phenomenal. The store it self is well organized and has lots of stock of both used and new vinyl. It's very hard not to browse and find someone else when I go there for a pickup.Absolutely my favorite record store.
