nice staff, and found vintage movies i was looking for! the new "hmv"! hmv, which was one of the largest BRAND NEW DVD stores in toronto, closed down sadly. sunrise sells all brand new items, not used! love it.

Great customer service. Great music store vibe with what I wanted. Like the good ol' days.

Walked in with my family on Sunday evening & saw one employee at cash on his phone, he looked up, saw us & continued on his phone. No hello, how are you guys, what brings you guys in or how can I help you!! We walked all the way to the end of the store meaning we had to walk by the employee at cash & still no acknowledgement, walked back toward the front of the store & still no acknowledgement, I would’ve even accepted a have a goodnight or bye at this point. Perhaps the employee was having a bad day, maybe it’s because we were a coloured family or maybe he just didn’t want to be there anymore, I’ll never know. Originally we went into the store to see if they had a specific board game we had been on a hunt for, & to our luck they did have it. Even though the board game was there we agreed to not purchase it due to lack of customer service during our short time there. My son was a bit disappointed that we didn’t get the board game he wanted, but I had to explain to him why we chose not to purchase it. People need to remember a simple hello goes a long way, especially now after everything the world has & continue to deal with.

Love love that place and staff are so friendly

This store is great. The staff are super nice and actually know how to talk with people (unlike most shops these days) They have a pretty large selection of Dvd's album's blu ray's etc. And their prices are all pretty low.
