IGR is definitely one of the coolest shops around. As their name states, they specialize in international music and take getting you into something new and unique very seriously. Todd is super knowledgable and will help you find something you'll love. Whether you're new to record collecting or have been an avid collector for years, this is a must hit spot.

IGR is a can’t miss! Unique for its commitment to musical traditions and genre interpretations from the world over, this shop has the most carefully curated records of any store around. Funk, jazz, pop, electronic, reggae, Latin from every corner of the globe, and a staff with as much knowledge about it as anyone. 6 stars!

As an avid listener of world music, this place is a goldmine. So many well-known treasures in stock, and even more hidden gems to stumble upon. 10/10, will come back

Small location, but selection is like nothing in the Philadelphia, Delaware region. If you've ever been at an event and heard a DJ playing some cool obscure break and beats from Latin, French , or Japanese artist and wondered how you could find stuff like this GO TO THIS SHOP. I found an old Brazilian funk gem from Banda Black Rio and some classic Japanese city pop collections here. Definitely worth the trip. And if you wonder what the music sounds like that's on display, just ask the peeps at the counter if you can hear some. They will open and play you some selections while you shop around
