Great experience… Courteous staff and very professionally trained and helpful. Awesome selection of multiple game products and machines and utilities. Syd at the front desk was extremely helpful!

The staff here was very kind and helpful. This store is nice to even just browse if you don’t have something specific in mind. The staff helped many customers on the phone and in the store. They have vinyls, old video games, and even newer accessories. My friend bought a switch controller. Prices are good and it’s well organized.

Similar to the other location I visited, this place feels like a trip back in time while also still having a modern feel to it. The first time I’ve been here was with my cousin and so I ended up getting some old video games as a present and they work well and had fun playing them! The people working there not only seem fun to interact with but also professional in how they handle things. My issues with this place(similar to the other location) were not having some items I was looking for and items I hoped to get but were out of my price range. I’ll cut them some slack by saying that I know well that it’s not entirely their fault, but they were also so nice and helpful in how they were able to help me by checking if another store had it and offering other reasonable solutions for the other items. All in all, I definitely recommend visiting this place for the content selection and fun environment thanks to the people!

One of their associates, KB, sold me on a wireless controller swearing up and down it would work on a PCs Bluetooth even though it said Switch. Guess what - not only was it NOT manufactured to work on a PC (a fact you can't tell until you take it out of the box) but this particular one was defective anyway, so it doesn't even work on Switch, just a useless piece of plastic! And the best part, because I waited more than 30 days to try it out, Exchange won't even give me store credit for it! At the very least they should allow me swap it out for one that's not broke, seeing as how they sold me a defective controller that, even if it worked, wouldn't have done everything they sold it as doing as it is! Don't trust them!

I’ve been to gaming stores all over the country and this place remains one of my all time favorites. Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable and the games selection is a huge breath of fresh air! Always visit this place when I’m in town and find something to pick up because of their awesome selection! Keep this place alive and support your local game stores!
