Belltower Records

If I could give it a zero star i would. The guy was rude. I went in to sell some records. He shuffled threw them threw a few on to the counter. I wasn't mad about that what so ever. But when he was done looking at them he slammed them back into the box bending 4-5 of them that are brand new. I just ignored it and so i asked him how much he thinks they are worth and he completely ignored me. So i left telling him have a great day. I don’t care how rude you are i will still tell someone have a great but he ignored me. I do not recommend going there!

Avoid This Shop for Shipping. It is correct that the record was sealed, but it was bend in all corner. That's not mint sleeve condition. The record is great, but not a collectable item, which it should have been with that description. Seller is rude, and forget what is a customer. Edit (see answer) : If you pack corretly a record there is no dammage on sleeve corner. Instead of change your change shipping policy, change your packing. And how you speak to your customer, "it's just a 17 dollar record bro". you can learn to apologize and be nice.A guy who prefer to order a record in a small shop and pay more postage than the price of the record (I'm in europe) than order on amazon.

Hands down one of my favorite shops in New England. I love making the nearly 2 hour trek to North Adams to see what I can dig out of the bins here. They have a wonderfully curated selection of used and new releases and more often than not I leave with way more than I should. Stop by if you’re ever in the area. You won’t be disappointed.

An absolute blessing to have Belltower in Berkshire County. Wonderful, knowledgeable owners keep the selves stocked with a well curated collection. A world class shop! Something to treasure. Always excited to come back, which I do on a regular basis.

Fantastic Record Store! I shop for records in a lot of states & cities and haven’t found a lot of them to be on any level as good as Belltower. The crew there know their stuff, and are extremely helpful and friendly.
