Younger guy at the counter was really friendly, genuinely nice. Tried to use a rewards card that I’d already has fully stamped (you get $10 in store credit when you get one fully filled out) on two records I had picked up. Didn’t realize that you couldn’t use the rewards on sealed records, and I apologized and went to pay. The older woman behind the counter became incredibly combative over the issue. She made several snide comments about the fact that I didn’t read the card at all, how she’d had it there for several years (even though the card I had was several years old), even insinuating that I couldn’t read at all. The people I was with were blown away by how rude she was over a misunderstanding that I had already resolved with the other employee. Love the place, been shopping there for years, but her behavior was ridiculous.

The inventory goes on forever, and every time you go, they have a lot of new items come in. Be sure to check out the documentary/history section, that has the best gems sometimes.

Good selection of vinyl, cds, dvds and cassette tapes. Great prices and nice workers. Only record shop around that I know of, go here!

Love this shop! Very helpful staff and a great selection. If you're a vinyl collector or music lover, make sure you sign up for their punch card (IF THEY ARE STILL OFFERING IT).
