The Exchange

It was the first time I've been to The Exchange. I absolutely loved the experience. They have a lot of stock and whether they are used or not as well as the condition of the item , denotes the price. I picked up battlefield 2042 for $20 and Battlefield 1- Revolution for $7. There was no shortage of staff that helped me promptly. They also have records (vinyl) and movies. Again, depending on condition, you will pay different amounts. The do take credit cards so you don't have to run for cash! Great place if you're looking for a movie, game or vinyl!!

I brought in a perfectly brand new Blu-ray player to this location and they told me that they would give me two dollars cash or seven dollars in store credit. I don’t know who does the hiring up there but these kids don’t know nothing about material stuff very poor staff, I brought in a couple weeks ago a PlayStation 3 60 gig backwards compatible system with the box and they told me they give me 20 bucks for it when it’s worth a whole lot more they’re just had to try to rip you off, you’re better off to go some other pawn shop to get a better deal meanwhile why are you look up at the counter at the registers? You can see the game systems that are way over priced. I went in there the other day to get a PS five they gave the guy 300 bucks cash and I asked about it and they told me it was 575. They really try to rip you off up there seller Beware

I used to do business with this company a lot however I will never step foot in this location again. I had 2 Gen 1 transformers Megatron and prime still in the box. Paid over 300 for them and was offered around 45 a PC. It is a slap at those who know about their items to be offered that price. I have sold both without the box for double this amount. Employees were smug and acted as if they knew what they were talking about when they had to look up information on the internet . Iw was just a bad experience and I would recommend if you have any attachment to your items never go here you will have your heart broken.....

I ♥️ THE EXCHANGE Monroeville! Great team of employees, many who will take time to engage in conversations about movies, games & music. Their selection is incredible! Their prices are great! There's no pressure to buy if you're just browsing. All the NEGATIVE reviews about the payments given for items traded in are bunk! YOUR games, music & movies aren't worth WHAT YOU THINK. They're worth what someone's WILLING TO PAY! Inventory, demand, and storage of these items factors in. And NO, I don't and never have worked for this company! I'm just realistic and appalled by all the whiners leaving garbage reviews. GOOD STORE. GOOD PEOPLE. GREAT SELECTION OF ITEMS!

Me and my brother went in there one day After Doing Some volunteering Bathroom Renovations For Woman, So We Went There, So I can pick up some stuff for my collection, Anyway I was Stacking A Pile 45's, And One Album, then The one Guy Took Then Up To The Check Out, Then The Cashier Was Rude And Gave Us An attitude, And The Staff To! I'll Take My Business Elsewere!
