This is a music-lover's or musician's kinda store. Whether you're into Soul, Metal, Reggae, Punk, electronic genres; whether you want vinyl, CDs, DVDs, shirts, boxed sets, or action figures of band members or mascots, you'll probably find it here. Just being in there is a great feeling. Plus, it's open late on certain days (the ones that make sense; I don't know exactly though).

Their selection is top quality and you get what you pay for. If you're looking for a specific record or band, they probably have it, but it's going to be more expensive than other record stores on Cap Hill.

Decent store, if you are looking for wildly overpriced new reissues or bootlegs. But virtually no used records.You can get the same albums at other stores in the city for about 10-15 bucks cheaper. These guys are clowns.

I like that most everything is labeled vs large sections of A, B, etc. Also best selection of Emo, metalcore, pop punk, and simular sub genre's I've found in Seattle.

Every time I visit Seattle I go to this record shop. They have a great selection. Especially on metal, my genre. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. They help me occasionally with requests and so on. Pricing wise it is a brick and mortar shop so it can be higher that online; however you can hold, inspect items and get a great service/experience not available online.
