Great place to buy used refurbished stereos, receivers, cd players, turntables, etc. Also LOTS of secondhand vinyl records and cds. Nice, knowledgeable young men there to serve you. Just wear a warm sweater when you go in! 🙂

Sound Heritage really knows their stuff! Everyone that works in the store is kind, generous and very knowledgeable. They have a fantastic selection of vinyl, great equipment and can fix just about anything. In my searching, I found that they are the only place in Nanaimo that sells turntable needles. My first visit will not be my last.

Awesome customer service!! I bought a laserdisc player and CED player but when I got home to Brentwood Bay I discovered the laserdisc unit had some operating issues that are not fixable. I got ahold of Nathan and he happily offered to refund me or replace it! Finding a good working laserdisc player is a daunting task but he did it and it has been great!! Great selection of record's and retro stereo equipment! Thanks so much and will be back!!

Highly recommend! Great spot to find some good albums or go find some audio equipment. The owner and staff are super helpful. Will go back again and again.
