I’ve been coming here almost weekly since the pandemic started. Ben, Jack, and Patrick are the second family. If you’re into Jazz, funk, foreign and rock, Tunnel is the spot! I owe my newfound love for soul and Japanese funk to these guys. It’s always worth the drive. Every single time! They occasionally stock local mixtapes and obscure goodies that make each visit unique. Make sure to check these guys out!!

Great selection of used and New Vinyl. I think I spent about an hour in their International section alone. Small shop, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They even offered to play opens records, before purchasing. I'll be back for sure.

Tunnel Records is my favorite record store in the San Francisco area. I can tell that they genuinely care about vinyl and the integrity of their stock. Of particular note is their curated stash of jazz vinyl. I love every album I bought here. I also loved my walk on the beach after shopping here.

I go to a lot of record stores and Tunnel Records might be the best in San Francisco. Friendly staff, good vibe, well stocked with rare collectibles and also affordable common stuff at reasonable prices. Great selection, great location, generally a great experience. If you like digging, this is the store for you.
