The Dark Slide

Now this is the shop to go to! Stopped in about a week ago to get a new complete. The place has a huge selection of decks, trucks, wheels and accessories at a decent price. Staff here was super helpful unlike their other location. They answered any questions I had and even put my new board together. Definitely coming back again!

I have never been to the shop but my wife ordered the New Deal H Street Danny Sargent deck for me. It was shipped out promptly and no damage. It came with five fresh stickers as well. This deck was stolen from me along with my BMX bikes back in the 80's. So for me to get this back brand new is a blessing!!! Mr. Joel and staff you guy's are Golden!!! Thank you so much!

On 8/22/2022 I ordered a reissue deck ($79.95) that was on pre order to be shipped "...this fall". On 11/12/2022 I was informed by Joel via Email "...Dwindle just reached out to us and said there's been another delay and they won't be ready for holiday." I decided to wait. On 3/2/2023 I emailed back and asked "...any update from Dwindle on the Templeton New Deal Board?". No reply was made.On 3/13/2023 I left the shop a VM and emailed again asking "Can I be reimbursed for the "New Deal Ed Templeton Man V-Ply Skateboard Deck?". I did not hear back and called right before closing that day and spoke to Nick (he told me he was a manager). Nick assured me he was at that moment reimbursing me. By 3/16/2023 I sent another email again asking someone reply and acknowledge my reimbursement. I was not reimbursed and had no other choice but to file a Credit Card Dispute charge with my Credit Card Company.

The staff is great...they carry everything an if they don't have it in stock?..they will get it for you.

Most selection you will find. Great customer service from all employees & the knowledge of the product. Highly recommend.
