I bought a elgato HD60s 5 days ago from here they did not tell me that the item was defective we’re also rude because they said one of the stickers didn’t belong on the box but it was on there when I had bought very unprofessional n would’ve been nice to know that there was a issue with product not only turned my screen green but audio with a chat link cord that I bought didn’t work with this product n couldn’t get money back cause we didn’t have recipe but I did have a photo but got store credit.. be careful what items u buy from here.

Very pleasant shopping experience. Employees were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help. There were a few games and dvds I wanted but weren’t in stock so they looked the items up in their system and told me what locations had what I was looking for. Great customer service will definitely be back!

Went to get a gift for my son for Christmas and his birthday signed up for a exchange card and since it was his birthday month got a nice percentage off and they had what we were looking for. Employees really nice and knowledgeable and the prices there are usually more reasonable than the other video game stores.

This place has gotta a lot like Gamestop with their prices for items that they bought from people like me dirt cheap! Shame on you... What set you apart before was that your merchandise that was used wasn't as expensive making it worth it to visit your store. Do better.
