Super nostalgic to walk past the Nintendo DS section and the Power Rangers cabinet at the end of one of the aisles. Expect to spend 30 mins to an hour in there. I like the system they have here where most of the valuables are behind glass cases and if you’re still looking around the employees will hold what you want to buy at the counter. Actively deters and prevents shoplifting, and makes me feel safer. Store is very clean, there isn’t a single object cast on the ground. My original impression was that this chain of stores would be small and kind of dingy, but I was wrong! They have a lot of stuff inside. I build Japanese model kits called “Gunpla” and I was surprised to see some DVDs of the anime series the kits are based off of in there, some figures, and one model kit. Unfortunately they do mark up certain kinds of collectibles-any S.H. Figuarts figures are at least $5-$10 more than their base price, and to a higher extent for hard-to-find figures. I can’t complain because collecting is a big ticket business. The DVDs and a few DS games I looked at are a very reasonable price. If you are looking for newer video game titles-specifically recent Switch and PS4/PS5 releases-expect to spend standard retail price or more. For example, Gran Turismo 7 at Target is $60, but at the Exchange it was $68. But, older games that aren’t necessarily super prized or very collectible are cheaper than some other prices I’ve seen. Would love to see some more Gundam collectibles there-especially if they are cheaper! Will be coming back to get some more DVDs and scoop up that copy of GT7.

My autistic son loves the exchange. He can spend at least an hour looking around before deciding what he wants to buy! The staff is always nice to him! I appreciate that!

SPEND MONEY ELSEWHERE, AVOID THIS LOCATION. Unless you enjoy bitter employees who abuse their customers with insults relating to their height and shout you out of the store with hostilities.I'm at a loss for words, I've never I'm my entire adult life had such a negative interaction at a retail store. I've been a regular at this location for a long time, spending well over $1,000 in purchases within the last 2-3 months alone. This is the second extremely negative interaction at this location in a row, with the same negligent and hostile employee. It's my belief that this man has worked there for quite some time but I've only recently been unfortunate come into contact with him. He has deliberately gone out of his way to verbally harass me throughout my purchase process and invade my personal space when attempting to view store merchandise. This is not a single occurance but now multiple spaced out over a period of weeks, where he has methodically ensured he is the individual employee in charge of "assisting" me and instead acted borderline violently in his reactions to customer questions relating to trade in values or possible like-for-like game swaps. Tossing trade in items back at me and daiseychaining communications through other employees at the front counter to specifically ostracize and avoid speaking with the very costumers he's ensured already had a negative experience. It's a truly shameful ordeal for any retail establishment to allow befallen a customer. Game exchange if you're reading this, fire that horribly unpleasant man and promote one of the many talented and diligent employees I've had interactions with prior to being lost as a customer.

Can get lost here for hours looking at all the amazing stuff they have and totally geeking out. If they don't have something you're looking for, they'll order it. Super friendly staff with great attitudes. Love it here
