Everyone that works there is super nice. They all say Hello when you 1st walk in. We told them what we were looking for and took us right to it. Let us look for awhile but kept checking on us. They were all very knowledgeable in what we were asking about. They were able to get us the system we wanted as well as what we needed to play the games we picked out. Super fun!I highly recommend this place.

Very friendly, took me to the music I wanted, helped me look for specific songs and the albums they didn't have there they found, ordered them in and texted me when they arrived. Prices are very affordable and sound quality excellent! I recommend this place. You may run into me there too.

They are horrible tried selling five old 360 game which I know would at least be worth 9 or 10 dollar but for all five game tried giving me 3 dollars in cash that place belong in a dumpster bin I would tell people not go there but suite your self those i worth more than three dollars

What they offer for sealed, new records is ridiculous. Don't waste your time. I understand that they are a business, but offering less than 25% retail on a record is an insult. They lost all of my business.

Went the exchange to sell vintage records from 1970-1988. My father passed away and thought they would love them! Turned out the exchange barely had room for these records, was selling records at high-end prices, and lied about most of them being scratched or just unpopular. If I had made enough I would have bought some record frames for my favorites I still keep at home and some games for my son since it was close to Christmas. All they took was a few Elvis and Pantera records and gave 13.00$ for them 😔. I should have said no and now regret it. Never going back there to buy, sell, or trade again 😠.
