The Exchange

Clean. Some stuff, but kinda barren. Didn’t have as much inventory that most exchanges normally has. Workers were all nice and cool they just didn’t have much to look at…

Great employees! Decent selection of vinyl for the area but the display racks for the records is horrid. To view some you literally have to get down on your knees to go through them. This is really unacceptable, and I voice my displeasure to the staff every time I go in. I've even spoken with the DM and he kept trying to direct me to the Elyria store. The only reason I go back is due to the selection, and the quality of their used stock. They need to either expand to the store next to them, or find a new location to properly display their stock in a customer friendly fashion. Please, please, please address this. I go about once a month or so a drop about $50 each time.

Don't bother trading any brand new console with them. Unfortunately I was really desperate for money and had to take what they offered or I was stuck in that town. All I got for a brand new barely used Nintendo switch animal crossing edition even has the box it came in with everything I got at Walmart with 2 games, a case and cards was $90 that is it! No negotiating.... Like I said I unfortunately had to take the offer since I was out of options. They turn around and sell it for almost twice as much. For as much as I shop there I literally got robbed from this store. Used to think highly of this place, now it's just another GameStop when It comes to trading and doubling price. Hate to see how much they offered the person who traded in rare Pokemon cards. Saw 2 in there for almost $400....

fix your hours on Google. I just drove 20 minutes to get here when you opened so I didn't miss work buying a controller for my son, now I'm sitting in the parking lot watching multiple people walk up to the door and then drive away because they thought you opened up at 10 instead of 11. staff is always great here but it seems management thinks taping the real hours over the ones painted on the door is a good fix.

They keep a good stock of games from older and newer systems (in particular, i am very pleased with the variety of Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 games, my personal favorite to collect for)The one catch is the prices. Stingy trade-in offers and overpricing used games. Do yourself a favor and go to ebay for game buying and selling.That said, still give the exchange a shot for consoles and any video games under $10.Edit: They won't always have a particular item on the shelves but will order it in and charge less shipping than ebay does if it's a game. And they very often have the manuals, which is EXTREMELY valuable to me.
