That Old Retro Store

Big shout out to Steve and all the staff at “That Old Retro Store”, I brought my turn table in to get it fixed/serviced. We ran into some trouble finding the solution to a problem that was evading all of us. But all the staff was very dedicated in solving the problem. I have to say their customer service is the best I’ve experienced in the city and this is definitely my home base store going forward. Thanks again for all the help! Really appreciate it!

They managed to fix my pioneer spec 2 that someone else said they couldn't. So I'm happy.Edit: Meters kept on jumping up and down on the right channel, so I opened it up to see what might be the problem. Turns out they/person who worked on it was carless and pushed a transitor to have two of its leg touching eachother. I fixed it myself but still.

I LOVE that Old Retro Store. Fantastic selection of music, gear, and memorabilia! Highly recommend checking them out.They also Refurbished and cleaned up my Families vintage gear from the 70s. Definitely worth a call if you need any work done!

Great people… an amazing store with a fantastic vibe and amazing inventory! They treat the newbie audiophile with just as much respect and support as the lifers who have forgotten more than most of us ever knew about the heyday of stereo. A must on the Calgary vinyl circuit and unmatched for service and quality.

That Old Retro Store has all of your older stereo equipment needs, not to mention an EXCELLENT selection of vinyl. They have some really rare records and stereo equipment which is hard to find anywhere else. Staff is super nice, and their record room in the basement always has some really interesting finds for cheap.
