Best vinyl in Boston area, with a great selection of new records. It’s a beautiful and clean store with a really kind and knowledgeable owner. I have been to every other store in the Boston area and no one matches the vibe at Index. The records are a surprisingly good price, right around MSRP.I was blown away when I first came here with the great selection of Electronic and House LPs (which are pretty hard to find in the area). They also have a great jazz collection. I took home some releases from some small niche favorite labels of mine that I was thrilled to find in person.

Owner was very kind and knew a lot about the music there, which gave us a nice conversation to have! Prices for new EP's was about 10-20$ less than Newbury Comics. A five star place all around!

First record store I’ve been to that has a rewards program.They have a very varied selection. Most new records, but some very nice used in good condition, you can tell each record that is used is cleaned on a machine.They have a lot of new indie and hip-hop at good prices!

Great experience today. Picked up a a few lps today just inside the front door. New used. Great assortment. Owner very knowledgeable and helpful. This was my third shop this week. Pricing was great for used lps Other local shops are not as “cheap”. Will go back next week
