I've only known about Experience Vinyl for a couple months but I cannot say enough good things about them. I had an issue with my purchase and long story short I had misread the release date. They bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied with my order even tho I was in the wrong and then they sent me part of my order at no cost. They paid my shipping just so I could listen to Alice in Chains right away. I not only found a great place to buy new vinyl but I might have made a new friend for life!

They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of when i reached out with a simple question, all while treating me as if I had been purchasing thousands of $ from them already.
