Exceptional experience. I've been looking for a specific guitar for quite sometime and randomly came across Haggerty's website where the guitar was for sale. I gave Brian a call and we had a nice discussion. After a few minutes we traded some info and that guitar is on its way to me.I just received my new Gibson Les Paul Junior in tv yellow. I was told this guitar was a demo. The guitar is in perfect condition and does not looked played at all. I received perfect customer service, detailed emails about shipping and a follow up call once the guitar shipped out. Haggerty has some great employees and I appreciate having such an easy and professional experience. Thanks!!!

Got my violin restringed as well got a new bow because mine was in bad condition. When I picked up my violin from the store there was a crack on my case(because it’s a hard case) They put a different brand of string in the D string than the rest and it didn’t tune to the right sound and the bow is not good but it is ok and works I hope in the future that when I get my violin repaired that this isn’t a problem.

Absolutely Disneyland for guitar and music lovers! The staff is insanely knowledgeable and very friendly, and the product selection is 2nd to none. Their diverse and rare lineup of Taylor guitars is one of the best in the nation for shure. I have been a customer of theirs for over 4 years now, commercially and privately, and it has been nothing but the best experience every time. Highly recommended!

I drove from Chadron NE, on a Saturday to Haggerty's Musicworks to purchase my very first bass guitar. I was immediately asked if I needed help upon walking into the store. Wanting to just look around on my own, I declined help at that moment. Once I had stopped and put my eye on the instrument I would eventually take home, I was approached again by Bruce who helped get the guitar down and let me put my hands on it to play. Bring brand new to bass guitar, I wasn't made to feel bad for lack of knowledge and instead educated me on the different models they had available and what made them unique. I was excited to learn that the bass I had picked outs quality would last me my playing career if taken care of, and was one of the more affordable of the nicer bass guitars they had available. It wasn't long before my loan was approved and I was the brand new owner of a Fender Jazz Bass Player Plus Guitar. Since then I've played and practiced ferverently for the chance to perform with some local ensembles. Less than a week later I found a hand written note from Bruce mailed to my home thanking me by name for the purchase of exactly what I left with. Great customer service throughout and after the deal.

I knew generally what guitar I was interested in, but couldn't make a final decision. I found that many vendors had the model I was interested in, but Haggerty's had a big selection so I called them for help and got Patrick on the phone. He was knowledgeable about the Taylor product line and had great answers to help me make a decision. He then sent me details on the specific guitars they had in stock. Shopping online from Florida, it seemed crazy to be ordering from South Dakota but any guitar I bought would be shipped from somewhere. My guitar arrived in a few days, and there was a minor issue so I called the shop. Ethan stepped in and took my info and came up with a Fast solution and called me back to discuss. Patrick also followed up with me after that.I have had issues in the past when there was a problem with a product that I bought online and couldn't get help or even an answer back from a vendor. In this case the vendor called me back immediately with a solution and even followed up. Rare! You can buy a guitar online from many vendors. Anyone can box up a product & send it out, but it's customer service that separates the best from the rest.
