Some might have a bad customer service experience and it’s totally valid; sometimes we don’t “click” with everybody,It happens everywhere. I’d been there several times and I always find the same energy and engagement with this gentlemen. Sometimes I walk away with my hands empty, sometimes with a piece of “gold”. As for the organization of their stuff, it’s a warehouse! Tons and tons of records, receivers, speakers, and very knowledgeable Staff.

Decent selection of used vinyl. Would be better to browse if genres were in alphabetical order by artist, but the hunt is still fun. I have been able to find some gems in this place that I know I could not find anywhere else at this store's price-point. My only beef is that I can't hang out and shop too much in a shop where the guy running the place is smoking cigarettes indoors. Some customers, like myself, have issues breathing and can't tolerate the smoke in any amount.

A little off the beaten path, but that’s sometimes where the best places are. Was stopping through town and picked up a dual cassette deck. Great selection of vintage audio equipment, from high end to novelty. Also had a great conversation with Charlie about music

If you like vinyl, this is a good place to go.

Shady company with a junked up shabby storefront stuck away in an industrial park with unfriendly computer-and-pizza jockey employees. If you're looking for vintage records, much of the in-store inventory is dross that did not sell in their mail-order auction, but you can occasionally find something nice if you're willing to spend the time flipping through the bins and crates. Just don't expect good service. P. S. I recognize some of these five-star reviews as having been posted by persons associated with this business.
