Well organized and plainly labeled vinyls. Loved the merchandise and we'll executed labeling of their website and company name on all merchandise as well. Pricing for records was a little on the more high side of what you hope to find in a local record store but their vast selection and different categories of music, was well worth the price. We will definitely be coming back to this record store over all others in Madison. We were highly impressed and left with some of our most loved albums.
Today 10/28/2022 around 11 am I went in and looked around for specific band vinyl.. upstairs I found a handful of requested bands for my man's birthday. I was missing quiet a few very important ones though. I seen the sign there was more down stairs. Omg there were tons! Having very little time left I asked a worker hey need help have little time I'm looking for these bands and within 5 minutes (probably less) he had them all out and in my hands! Amazing staff upstairs and down stairs! My man is smiling ear to ear and specifically the last record you found (Rush) and told me was the best of the 3 to choose from is the ultimate smile! So from the bottom of my heart you made a very amazing man's birthday the best! Thank you very very much! Ps all the staff need a raise and or a bonus. For my first time being at this store it will be my go to and his. I highly recommend to anyone!
Great selection, nice staff, prices were right on. Def worth a visit.
Good selection of records and accepts cash, credit, or Apple Pay. I go frequently.
I live in South Central Kentucky and was a HiFi salesman and record collector in the seventies and early 80s. I drive all over the country and love to stop in the local record stores to check the places out, talk to owners, buy store branded merchandise and things like that. Sometimes I even buy records. Well, I was driving back home from St cloud Minnesota today and stop by the store. I was blown away by it being the most - Goldilocks - store I've ever been in. It's not the biggest, and it's not the smallest, but it's... Just right. It had a few store-branded things that were interesting and some useful add-ons to any HiFi system. But the three things that also put the icing on the cake was just how friendly the owner and the other person there were while I was shopping. And not just to me but I watch the way they treated other people it was really something. Second, the selection. My tastes are eclectic, and so is the selection. And last, is the pricing. I didn't expect to buy any records there but I did because the prices were absolutely shocking to me. I actually bought pristine used copies of records I already have because they were literally like brand new even though they were used. Even the record jacket. And yet both of them were under $10. If I could have spent more time I know I would have walked out with a lot more. I've been to a lot of stores around the country that I really like. Probably my second favorite is high voltage in tacoma. But this one became my new favorite. It's not the biggest. It's not the smallest. It's just right.
