Outstanding record store!!!! They had everything I had been looking for at a very fair price! Staff was super helpful…… thank you sooooooo much! I’m from Columbus Ohio and this store puts all Columbus record stores to shame.

Very clean and well-organized store. That’s the only nice thing I have to say. It’s pretty pricy for new vinyl, but I’ve always tried to support local record stores rather than buying online. However, yesterday I purchased an album from Hollow Bone, and when I opened it at home, I found that it was a misprint by the pressing company. The label didn’t even match the record I supposedly bought! So I go back the next morning hoping to exchange or return it, and the owner tells me that it’s not their problem so I should contact the pressing company or sell it online. What a ridiculous and insensitive response. Go to Square Records down the street. Much nicer and more fairly priced. Edit to owner response: Not really sure what I was supposed to wait for. You told me that it wasn’t your fault, so I should contact the pressing company or see if anyone wants it as a collector’s item. And that customer was listening to our interaction, so it’s not like I was interrupting anything. I’m not the kind of person to make a scene, and I shouldn’t have to in order to receive a valid solution. Also, if anyone reading this was wondering, the pressing company just told me to go back to the place it was purchased.

Absolutely love coming here each month. The stock moves pretty well so there’s always new material to look through. All of the employees are friendly and prices are fair. Worth the drive from Medina!

A store that gets it. New vinyl is in its own place, used is in its own place. The inventory is not overwhelming to flip through which is refreshing. Seems like the curators of the inventory have taste as their good weird jazz selections playing while I shopped around. Also $1 and $2 bins are fun to peak at.

LOVE Hollow Bone Records! Great vinyl selection from a variety of genres, awesome shirts and posters, and everything you need to keep your vinyl happy. The owner and staff are good-hearted, honest and price fairly. Definitely pop in, even if you're just passing through. Totally worth it!
