This place is a literal scam. They offer next to nothing for trade and then turn around and sell it ast outrageous prices. There was an item I could get for $13 on Amazon and they were charging $50 for it.

Called 15 minutes before close to ask if they had a couple games in stock that I’m looking for. They put me on hold which is fine, and took care of the customer at the register, which I heard because they just set the phone on the counter. After they finished with the customer they proceeded to leave me on the counter for the next 12 minutes so they could chit chat and play music. Clearly they just want to go home and not help me out. Poor customer service when I’m trying to spend money at your business and it’s a 2 minute question 15 minutes before close. Hs

I’ve been going here for awhile now. Very nice employees. They know what their asked, if not another employee does. Good place to go, you never know what you’ll see!!

Shady and sly! Bought a $40 pair of headphones I was warned had a slight battery problem. I took the risk(was told a refund was available), and the battery lasted 20 minutes on a full charge! I come in dissatisfied and asked for the refund, they said "COVID refund policy states they can't take it back". Bs! Better places to get expensive stuff, AVOID.
