This place is a perfect addition to the vibe of the Village adding to the already eclectic mix of businesses. They have such a diverse range of genres that cater to a wide variety of tastes. Without this place I wouldn't have been introduced to Amyl and the Sniffers which is morphing into somewhat of an obsession. The staff have been helpful in helping me explore more musical styles than me trying to do this entirely on my own. The store dog Miles is so welcoming and is a good boi.

Today we had a terrible experience in this store. The girl working was extremely rude. 3 people out of our party were going to make a purchase however we were made to feel so uncomfortable we instead left.My niece (age 6) was so excited to purchase her first vinyl and instead left the store in tears after being yelled at by the lady working there. Working in a customer service industry surely you would know speaking that way is unacceptable to anyone, let alone purchasing customers. 3 sales lost due to the poor treatment which is a shame as we found it to be a lovely little store with a great collection.
