Pretty excellent selection of vinyls. They get stuff pretty much as soon as it comes out and it’s really easy to track what’s in stock online which is a great feature. By far my favorite record store in Chicago. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is I feel some of the vinyls are a bit overpriced and can be found cheaper online. I do however feel there’s something special about walking into the store and being able to find what you want. Great collection of vinyls

Great customer service, very fair on the prices, and if you're old DVD's, Blue ray's and Records. And believe me if you know records are getting valuable and yours are just collecting dust, they will buy them and they are very fair on there prices. Or if you're looking to buy any man there place is huge and they have a variety of everything... Thank you!

I came from out of town, I was charged $199.99 for a record that was advertised as $100. I called to get it corrected and the manager argued with me that I was trying to "catch them on a mistake and 'stick it to them' " When I communicated I never saw the $199 price as it was a small barcode and I never touched the record till after it was rung up. Manager wanted me to MAIL the LP back to them to get a refund on the $199 instead of honoring their own pricing card that advertised $100. 100% scam and reporting them to my credit card company and Better Business. Photos are included. Awful awful awful. STAY AWAY!!

Went for records and the selection was plentiful. Solid combination of new and used material at fair prices. Also felt the store was exceptionally well organized and the layout was spacious, which made browsing a breeze. Seemed to be a wide range of media types as well. Friendly staff too!
