Do not be put off by the bad reviews - the owner is curt, direct, and could be considered rude by those with thinner skin.I have NEVER seen a greater collection of albums in great shape than I have seen here.Rich interviews you at the desk to see what you are looking for. Nothing is priced, so have an idea of your expectations. Pricing seems to be based on low and high prices online, and he offered lower than that.Thoroughly enjoyable experience!

I'll admit, I'm a fairly thin-skinned person and I did not find Rich to be rude, like so many other reviews indicate. He's a very direct and to-the-point kind of a guy with a very impressive collection and lots of interesting stories. He gives you a rundown of the store when you enter so that you know what to expect and where to potentially find what you're looking for. If I had to criticize, I would say the place is extremely cramped and I almost didn't feel safe inside of it. I don't know if Rich's choice of digs is by choice or by circumstance, but some extra room would do him some good. I also wish items were priced beforehand so I didn't have to make the embarassing decision at the desk in front of everyone to not buy an album I'd honestly been wanting for ages. If I had seen the price beforehand, I wouldn't have even picked it up. The pricing also seemed a teensy bit arbitrary, but what do I know? However, I do think I got a very fair deal for what I did end up buying. All in all, I had a great experience here.

The place is huge and has a lot of stuff but the prices are ridiculous. We were interested in a Van Halen album today and he priced it at $100. Same with a Pink Floyd the wall, he was asking for $100 too. We found both the records, same condition, same year for 13 dollars on eBay. This place is cool to look at but a rip off in prices.

One of the best stores I’ve been to. It has really amazing collector items. Be prepared to pay though, he knows what he has. He is fair though. Definitely worth the trip if you’re here and you want to record shop.

I loved the place, the guy had a huge collection including some albums that aren’t easily found in standard record stores. He explained the layout of the store including where to find the people I was interested in. It’s a small place but has three floors worth of material. And it is a cluttered store, with piles of records waiting to be shelved, but I found it comforting. The records were organized by female/male vocalists, and if it was a band then it was sectioned off into more well known bands (like the Beatles or deep purple). None of the records have a price HOWEVER mine were priced well considering the quality and the content, there’s also a $5 dollar bin to sort through if you’re looking for cheaper options. He knows his stuff, he knows his worth. He wasn’t rude, he’s just straightforward and wants you to be well-informed. It’s a collectors store and is priced as such. Definitely will come back, especially for the record I decided to put back :)
