Went there just to kill some time and ended up walking around for almost 3 hours. Tons of things to look at as well as the music. I walked away with a nice Aang keychain! The cashier was even able to hold something for me for a limited time. Definitely coming back for more than just my item on hold.

This place is awesome as long as someone in the staff doesn't get overzealous about wanting to take your purse away. I need that to shop thank you very much. I mean really, you don't have surveillance?? This place is huge. It's like the Record Exchange in Boise, Idaho, but triple the size. I love the inventory of comics, movies, music, and random memorabilia. I always leave with a large stack of movies. I think the price on the movies are great.

Vinyl is MEGA overpriced plus and as an elder person I had the feeling staff was exceedingly aloof in dealing with my questions...Years back Zia was super cool but to me it is way, way too pricey...and not very customer friendly...

One of the managers, male, who has been there for a long time basically wove me away when I asked him for help. He was simply too busy to answer one question of mine and I was next in line but I guess pricing the CDs and DVDs was more important than taking my money at the register. His attitude and customer service skills need some serious help and work and the clothing racks there are so stuffed you can't even shop them because everything just falls off the hanger onto the ground and it sucks
