Great stuff for gamers and music fans alike. If they don't have it they can usually find it at a different location. They go above and beyond in customer service. They are better than GameStop on trades for store credit

Been coming to the exchange stores since I was around 8 years old. They always have an awesome selection of music, games, movies and more. Staff is always chill and super helpful.

I asked to know the price of a few wii games and the receptionist on the phone told me she wasn't going to help because it was going to take too long and that I'd have to come to the store. I told her that I lived far and just wanted to know the price but she refused. Been paying several hundred $ of games per year at that store and will most definitely not waste a single dime at that place again and will be reporting to her manager.

The Exchange is a horrible place to go they take advantage of people low balling over charging, and low balling exchanges. They are a bunch of crooks if you ask me. Don't go there they will rip u off. Staff is nice but they are taught to cheat everyone who comes in there doors boycot the Exchange.
