I went here to see if I could get rid of some older records. The Staff is so friendly and makes you feel welcome and is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection! Maria is just so precious! Love love love this store.

I hate this store. Well, my wallet hates them. I, personally, LOVE this store. Don't visit unless you've got at least an hour to pour through their inventory. Incredible selection, wonderful staff, and FANTASTIC prices on used vinyl. It's the kind of store that might not have the exact album that you came in for but they have 20 others than you want. Warning - If you're flipping through the bins you'll pull 10 records before you know it. If you love vintage vinyl there just isn't a better store in Knoxville.

Excellent place to purchase music. Wide assortment of vinyl to pick from. Extremely helpful staff. They went out of their way to find some music I was looking for. Will be going back in the near future.

When I went here there was a big retro clothing sale going on in the parking lot. I wasn't interested in old clothes, and they were playing very loud music outside that wasn't helping any. Inside it is mostly vinyl with a small selection of cds and dvds. The staff was friendly enough and they were quite busy. I felt like most of the options were very mainstream and standard musically, which just wasn't what I was searching for. The place has a nice ambiance inside, but just not the items I was searching for.

I called ahead on Christmas Eve, and the owners agreed to stay open 10 minutes late since I was just leaving work. Upon entering from the 20 degree weather, I was immediately hit with a wave of warmth and welcoming faces. I prefer to shop local, but this is the pinnacle of “customer service.” Not once did I feel like a customer there. Not only did they go out of their way to help me look for certain artists/albums, but their demeanor was so casual and genuine that I could tell I was not being rushed out, but rather felt like I had known them for years. On the physical side of service, they have a massive array of records, cassettes, and other items available. I was even offered homemade fudge for the road! 10/10
