One of my favorite locals record stores with excellent stock and a cool environment. Also sells high end stereo and Audio equipment as well as music merchandise and posters. A fun store to just browse even if you’re not looking for anything in particular

First time I went into the store; they have some very good deals and a huge selection of everything. Although I'm not in the market for audio equipment, they have a very good balance of high and medium level audio and video, with listening rooms. I bought a remixed Beatles LP while in there. Very nice folks also, and I will be back.
Good selection and service. The only place that I have found that carries some reel to reel tapes. Fair prices with a volume discount and I have yet to get a poor quality LP.
From the time I purchased my cd, it took 15 days to reach me. I tried communicating with the store and the store told me that they would look into why it is taking so long to get to my destination. Communication was fine until I asked for a refund, then all Communication stopped and no one would answer my emails. I have ordered several cd and it only takes two to three bussiness days to reach my house from other web stores. I did not like the experience with your store and unfortunately will not buy from you again!
Horrible customer service. I collect Super Audio Compact Disc. SACD. I bought Allman Bro Eat A Peach Mfsl disc for 44.98. From the SACD section of the store. When I put it in my player at home it is not SACD. Just regular. I took it back today and asked for a store credit. Not even a refund. They said I could only have 1/2 the original price! They should take responsibility for selling a product that is misrepresented. The man was very rude about the situation. Said it was my responsibility to know. They just lost a longstanding customer.Now the owner claims it was in the mfsl section? No. It was in the SACD section. Take responsibility for your actions sir. You could have had a very satisfied customer with a store credit. Didnt even as for a refund. Yes I take responsibility I didnt look closer. You should do the same for putting into the wrong display? I was never Irate. Disappointed? Yes. Upset yes. Never irate.
