Love this place! A great selection of CD's, records, and cassettes. There's also some collectibles.

First you should know you aren't the 1st. I've lived here 58 yes and Johnny's records was a store in downtown Mckinney and there was a record store at collin creek mall while it was booming.

Ok so, yes I was confused at first because I didnt know it is not its own store but inside the Mercantile towards the back right! Selection is great, its small and very relaxing to be here! Give it a visit!

This is located in a really neat indoor shopping boutique in Frisco. It's in the back and was easy to find once we understood the facility concept. Due to location, the selection is small and there was no one there to assist with store specific questions.

This place is located within an antique collector's market that has several booths. ZT Records is the size of a small shop, however. The store is exclusively records, but also had just a couple posters and cassettes. I personally didn't find what I was looking for, and the store doesn't appear to be staffed besides for the antique mart employees, who I am most enthused to say mistook me for a potential record store employee! 😂😂 I guess I've got the look. A customer also seemed to mistake me for a record store employee. I thought it was wonderful. The prices are around retail to just slightly below, but most of the items seem to be in pretty good shape. And there is a $5 bargain bin. Neat place to have a chance to just grab a record or two, especially if you're just in the antique mart exploring, anyway... but serious record shoppers will probably want to go somewhere with a more fleshed out selection and range of media options, and at least 1 helpful employee. Anyone know anywhere that's hiring? I've got the look 😉
